Not sure where to start with Flat Roofing? Here is an initial breakdown of the more popular types of flat roofing materials:

Fibreglass Roofing

Weather resistant, and very cost effective. Modern fibreglass roofs are highly durable and come in a wide range of colours, our FIbreglass Services page has a full breakdown of this type of roof.

Rubber EPDM Roofing

A correctly installed EPDM roof will last for decades in almost any weather the Cornish coast may give us, and is hard to beat in terms of durability and longevity. It is made from a synthetic rubber roofing membrane (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer).

Single-ply Roofing

This is a versatile, durable material that can also provide insulation. A single-ply membrane is made up from flexible sheets of synthetic polymer and is easy to use and install as it can be re-heated and remoulded.

Felt Roofing

The more traditional route for flat roofing, a more cost effective option but is still highly durable. Is a great way to protect a flat roof and can act as a waterproof sheeting.
